/wp-admin/images/wpspin_light.gif has been blocked on google webmaster tools

I’m afraid I can’t focus the problem; do you want to remove the call to the spinner, located in /wp-admin/ directory?

In this case, you can simply overwrite add-to-wishlist-button.php template, copying it in your theme root; then change

<?php echo esc_url( admin_url( 'images/wpspin_light.gif' ) ) ?>

with the url to any icon you want to show during add-to-wishlist ajax call

Is it necessary to link to a resource in wp-admin? This practice seems to be causing problems with Google crawling sites using your plugin, if the default robots.txt is set to “Disallow: /wp-admin/”.

Maybe change the plugin to link only to resources in your own:
/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/assets/images/
directory?
