That’s the entirety of the /wp-admin/index.php file, just outputted as plain text, as if PHP isn’t even running.

Is the front of your site operating properly?

When I go to marshasbakingaddiction.com, I get this:

The nameservers are still set to WordPress.COM – is that where your site is hosted?

I’ve changed the servernames to n1.gridhost.co.uk and so on, but for some reason it changes back to wordpress.

Where are you making those changes – where is the domain name registered?

My domain is registered at tsohost.com.

I’m changing the servernames under Servername Management.

Sounds like you should contact them about this – but also know that once they are changed, nameservers can take up to 72 hours to be fully propagated across the internet. Usually it’s less.
