wp-admin/index.php Not Displaying!

Hi, I recently set up a blog for my organization. It was working well, but then when I started adding some plug-ins, mainly Next Gen Gallery, the login page to the blog stopped appearing. I really have no idea what to do to check to see what the problem is… Is there maybe a way I can simply delete this install, but backup my posts and theme? So that I can just reinstall?
