wp-admin/install.php DOESENT work!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP

    I have downloaded and put the files on my webserver, when i point my browser to (my domain)/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
    000000000000000000
    (my domain) being my website address.
    The tree goes
    www > wordpress > wp-admin > install.php
    000000000000000000
    www being my main directory
    000000000000000000
    when i do it it just comes up with a white screen so plan b. i tried to configer manually to find there is no wp-config-template.php file

    please help

    I think it may be incomplete on the website it suggests that the download is 4.7 MB but My download is only 2.5
    Could this be the problem?

    Downloading again its it going past 2.5 MB this time.
    Anyone else reading this, problem solved =)
