wp-admin/install.php shows error 404

After uploading the fwordpress files and trying to install with https://musikputsch.com/wp-admin/install.php it show a error 404.

What’s wrong?

server: “domainfactory” (www.df.eu) including mysql and php.

I’m a bloody rookie with mysql and php. Does it have to do with permission rights?
at “php Myadmin” I couldn’t find something to change rights or privilegs,
