Hello and thank you for this great plugin!

How can i enter the ‘NEW’ badge in excel file so all my imported products get it?
(and not add it one by one)

I use wpAllImport for my woo-commerce shop.

I believe i have to add (in my excel file) one more column ..
What do i have to add in the cels?

    -YES/NO ?
    -1/0 ?
    -‘name’ of the badge created?

WPallimport supports custom fields. What is the name of ‘YITH WooCommerce Badge Management’ custom field so i can add it im my import process?

    Thank you in advance

  • Hello,

    I have same problem.

The custom field seems to be:
    _yith_wcbm_product_meta

You can add the values to your excel or map the data in your excel file to match.
But i also would like to know what is the value format that works?

I tried with the badge name and for example with the id:

    a:3:{s:8:"id_badge";a:1:{i:0;s:5:"85153";}s:10:"start_date";s:0:"";s:8:"end_date";s:0:"";}

Either of them work and can’t figure this one out. Could someone explain in depth?

    Thanks!

    -Sam

    Hi there,
and thank you for writing in!

The post meta that stores badge information in products is _yith_wcbm_product_meta, however you cannot import it as a “custom field”, since it’s stored as a serialized array (and it contains the ID of the badge, not its name).

In addition, the value you (@samsaukko) are talking about is not the value of the free version of the plugin, but it’s the one of the premium version. In this case, we always suggest to our support service at yithemes.com/my-account for any question/issue concerning the premium versione, otherwise it could be misleading for other users here on www.ads-software.com.

However also in that case, the post meta is stored as a serialized array, so you should ask to the WP All Import developers if their plugin allows to easily import serialized array(s) and, if possible, how to import serialized array(s).
