I’m trying to import a list of events to the event manager using WP All Import (paid version)

It all works except the start and end date for the event doesn’t display.

I’ve tested exporting an event already published and reimporting. This only works if I include the _start_ts and _end_ts fields. However I’ve got no idea what those fields are for. Without them the date picker doesn’t work.

Does anyone know what the _start_ts and _end_ts are or have experience using WP ALL Import?

Is this plugin importing all the data from wp_em* database tables? If it’s not, you’re likely to run into problems.

@caimin_nwl Yes and thanks for trying to help. I can export an existing event and re-import it fine.

However if I want to bulk import a new event I need to have the fields _start_ts and _end_ts populated but I don’t know what they are or how they relate to an event. If I new that I might be able to import correctly.

I’d love to know what these fields are as well. I use WP All Import to import events from an XML file. I had to use the Detect Fields feature to try to figure out all the fields I needed to map in order to create the events. But I’m only able to create the event posts as drafts (rather than as published on import). If i import as published, the items don’t show in my event list and any links to events on the front end appear as broken.

the _start_ts and _end_ts were two fields that appeared and I’m wondering if mapping these will fix my import issue. however, I don’t know what these are.

No answer yet? I was thinking about some sort of milliseconds format?
My _start_ts and _end_ts are filled with 1481760000.

    Please let me know.

Hi there, any help with this?

Maybe a function that allows the integration of the dates with the js date picker???

Everything else works with WP all import, except the js date picker…

    Thanks!

Interesting that this is marked as “resolved.” It’s clearly not…
