WP all import does not insert description

    WP all import does not insert description of products, apparently they are prevented from quotation marks and other special symbols such as degrees.
    i.e. I import a csv file, and he of a hundred lines only sees the first 2 with no description.
    I had to import products without description.

    I save to csv using the default settings.

    what can I do?

    I can’t reproduce this issue, even with quotation marks and degree symbols in the content.

    Please replicate your import at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a support ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ so that we can check why the descriptions aren’t importing properly for you.

    It sounds like your server may be using libxml version 2.9.3, which had a bug that caused issues like this. Please contact your web host and ask them to upgrade libxml to the latest version on your server.

    Alternatively, you can try enabling the “Stream Reader” option via All Import > Settings to fix this: https://d.pr/8XyAX.

    I resolved the question
    I use “Force WP All Import to use StreamReader instead of XMLReader to parse all import files Enable Stream Reader”
