WP All Import removes characters from imported text

Hello, thanks for such a marvellous and lovely plugin! I have a problem with some fields that are not being correctly imported from the CSV (UTF8 format) file. Something like this is in a field:

I have tried some PHP functions to encode, decode, and so on, but no luck! Can you tell me how can I solve this problem? Thanks!!
