wp-amin access gone and website non responsive

Can you provide more information? Are you receiving any errors or does the page just not load? Have you tried to login using wp-login.php? Also, please provide a link to your site so I can take a quick look and at the public facing site and see what I can find. You may also consider checking with your hosting provider to see what they have to say about this.

Try https://codex.www.ads-software.com/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Actually, I agree. you should try what rachna suggested. It sounds like there is a plugin or theme conflict. Let us know what you find once you’ve followed the guide rachna provided.
