WP Amour false positive Spam detection in Form Landingpages

I guess the WP Armour plugin is creating a conflict with FluentForms. If the Form submission works after disabling this plugin then you should use FluentForms without that plugin or get in touch with WP Armour’s support and exclude FluentForms from their security feature if possible.
