    Is there a plugin that expands subscriber data to include physical address, phone numbers, notes, etc.?

    What I don’t want is a CRM plugin that creates its own, secondary, database. Because then we’ll add a newsletter plugin–which will mail to subscribers–rather than its own list.

  • There are many plugins that can turn your WP install into a CRM. Personally we just built a custom CRM using a bunch of gravity forms and gravity forms add-ons. we did not like any of the plugins that offered specific CRM functionality.
