@shraddhanimble are you comfortable sharing the URL to your website here? Please do not keep minify/combine enabled in both plugins (W3 Total Cache & Asset CleanUp) to save resources and avoid any conflicts. Ideally, you can use W3 Total Cache for page caching and Asset CleanUp for front-end optimization. Also, what kind of settings have you enabled in JetPack?

    Thank you for your reply.
we have enabled below points in jetpack settings:-
    1. Check your spelling, style, and grammar.
    2. Add sharing buttons to your posts.
    3. Enable pop-up business cards over commenters’ Gravatars.
    4. Show related content after posts.
    5. Highlight related content with a heading
    6. Block suspicious-looking sign in activity
    7. Allow users to log into this site using WordPress.com accounts

If the page speed was decreased, why is it a problem? It didn’t increase which is good. Your Jetpack settings shouldn’t interfere in any way with Asset CleanUp and without providing the URL to your website, it’s difficult to tell what could be in a conflict there. Make sure the cache is cleared in W3 Total Cache before testing the website on Google PageSpeed.

@shraddhanimble how it’s going? Any news about this? Have you managed to solve the conflicts? Perhaps the latest version of Asset CleanUp would help you out. It has improvements related to CSS/JS minification & concatenation.
