WP Audio Player won't display correctly

I cannot get the audio player to display correctly on our website. I’ve tried using the code, as well as the embed selection when posting both in posts and in a pages, and no matter what I try, it displays differently than it’s supposed to (and on all platforms).

I know you’re aware of what it’s supposed to look like, but here’s a link of a random page that shows what it’s supposed to look like.
