WP Author Admin Page not showing

Hello there!
Can’t get the plugin to show the Setting page in WordPress. It was working perfectly on another installation but not anymore. All of the inputs are available for user profiles, but can’t specify Show on Posts or Show in page. Attaching screenshots.
