Remove date and fieldunder from home page

  • Hello, I use Photon theme for my blog https://khabir-it.com and it is great, I’m found of it really.
    Recenlty I want to have a clean simple welcome page, it displays the date and fieldunder on top. I want to skip or simply hide those and any other similars for the welcome page. I did a quick search and found a plugin “WP Author, Date and Meta Remover” which does this. After installing it didn’t get me the intended effect. The author of the plugin suggest in the FAQs to contact theme author and ask for help.
