    The plugin is marked as delisted. Usually this means that the plugin author asked somebody to remove it, however in this case I suspect it was removed because of its spammy behavior and the author’s misuse of the WordPress trademark in his domain name.

    Even if that was corrected, however, the plugin is still basically designed to send out spam. Sending trackbacks to other sites that you don’t explicitly mention in your posts is spamming.
