WP Awesome SUPPORT

Hello,
I’m trying to change the registration area – by adding a “first name” and “last name” fields (currently it’s just email, username, password…).

But the whole app seems to be built on shortcodes and I can’t find where/what to edit!

Ideally, I’d like to use a 3rd party plugin for register/login/forgot password and such, but on this particular plugin when a user, who is not logged in, tries to “add a ticket” to the help desk, it brings up it’s own login/register fields.

Now the “login” area is the same as the WP default login. But the register area is not.

I just want uniformity – whether I can get the “submit tickets” on the plugin to bring me to the WP register default or if I can make the WP register default bring me to the plugins registration (and this is also what I’d like to edit to capture the user’s name).

The support documentation for this plugin is never available and what there is is pretty sparse so any help would be great!
