wp backend as data register

hi,
i need to know if wordpress backend could work as a users-personal-data-register, to be gdpr-compliant.i mean, i have all my users data in the section User and in woocommerce Orders, could it considered as a register?

What I can tell you is this users and ordes are pulled from data stored in your WordPress database. It’s safe as long as website is not hacked
