    Hi,

Recently someone putted a iframe in my index.php file. (my old thread about this: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/277277)
So I replaced the index.php file to the original one from WordPress. But it still didn’t work.
My host advised me to backup my files (wp-content, wp-included etc.) and to delete and reupload everything.

I did. But this time WordPress won’t connect with my old MySQL database. The wp-config file was exactly the same as my old one. So I thought that maybe my wp-config file wasn’t clean (and someone edited it too). I took the wp-config-sample and wrote exactly the same information in the fields.
Changed the name into wp-config and uploaded it to my host. But still with no results? ??

Then I tried to install WordPress with Fastastico installer. I got a brandnew WordPress + new database. I got the default theme and the “Hello World” post. Then I went to my new database and deleted all the files and imported it with my backup.
But now it just give me a blank page? What did I wrong?

I’m very new MySQL and using WordPress.
    My website is https://morningsundesigns.com/

  • Try logging in at https://morningsundesigns.com/wp-login.php and change themes to the WordPress Default Theme to see if that resolves. If it does, then you might need to reupload your theme.

    Thank you so much!
I thought that I wasn’t able to reach the dashboard.
I know why it didn’t work now.

I forgot to upload my theme.
The settings were set to use that theme, but since it was broken it just gave me a blank page. *feels stupid*
I went to “Themes” and it automatically changed it into the default one because mine was broken.

I just don’t know how to thank you.
    Thank you so much. ^^
