WP Bannerize stops rotating side banners

WP Bannerize is not compatinle with any cache plugin.

Just wondering, am I right to think that when you have let’s say 1000 posts, that although each post will cache its own banner, that the first one cached will be showing, so it could be (in case you have 3 banners) one of the 3 but not always the same one. Right?
