.wp-block-latest-posts__post-title and FSE themes

    I’m looking at moving an existing website from Astra to Twenty Twenty-Three. In Astra, I was able to use custom CSS to change the appearance of the post headings in the Latest Posts block:

    .wp-block-latest-posts__post-title {
    font-size: 16px!important;
    }

    I am stumped as to how to do that with an FSE theme, which 2023 is, without using the remnant of the old Customizer to add the custom CSS in.
