• Hi!

I’m new to wordpress, but have it up and running. I need a newsletter plugin so I can email out blogs to a list of customers. Looks like shiftthis.net and WP Campaign Monitor appear good, but neither has good support. Since WP Campaign Monitor is free I downloaded it.

Where are the install instructions? Does anybody know how to install it? I have also seen comments that perhaps the author(s) don’t respond to help requests. Also surprising that there appears to be NO documentation in the zip file or on the Insight website for it.

    Thanks,
    Steve

Hmm, ok, I learned how to install a plugin and unzipped the WP Campaign Monitor into /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/communications.

It now appears in the plugins admin page, and I can activate it. Now what? I don’t see any admin links that say anything that might relate to configuring this plugin or using it.

If I click on the name of the plugin in the plugins admin page, I get this 404 error:

    Not Found
The requested URL /wordpress/wp-admin/none was not found on this server.

I’m now switching over to PHPList. Seems more current and more documented.
