WP Cerber preventing WooCommerce customers from adding products to cart

    I’m having a similar problem to the one described here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wp-cerber-blocking-customers-from-ordering/
    However, it doesn’t look like the above case was ever solved, so I’m seeking the answers.

    WP Cerber is blocking the IPs of customers trying to add products to their cart and preventing them from checking out (using WooCommerce). I was even locked out for a brief period from trying to add a product to my cart, and for trying to log in to my admin account. If someone could assist me ASAP as this is pretty urgent, I would greatly appreciate it!!
