WP-Chat

  • I’ve switched to the WP-Chat live and previously had a different version that said it was not supported. I have done the 3CX PBX integration several times however in the display on my website the chatbox is not clickable. I have checked and my Click2TalkURL is correct and with will send and receive messages, however the display on the pages does not allow the user to click the icon?

    Which plugin’s version do you use?
    Version 9.0.242)
    Wordpress: 5.5.1
    What chat mode do you have selected?
    You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced 3CX PBX Integration https://hrlifelinellc.ga.3cx.us/callus/#consultant

    (I saw these questions required on a couple other threads so I added.. Unfortunately I could not find a solution in the threads)

    Hi @tmayshr ,
    please follow the steps below to ensure that your PBX installation is configured to allow access from your WordPress website.
    1. Go to your PBX settings page.
    2. Open WordPress/Website Integration.
    3. In Apps & Plugins tab fill your website url into the field “Enter Website URL”
    4. Click OK to save your changes.
    5. Try again to load your website and check if the WP Live Chat works.

    Yes it is there. I re-entered it as well. It is still not working.

    Can you please verify you entered the URL exactly as follows?
    https://hrlifelinellc.ga.3cx.us

    HTTPS is required at the start.

    Don’t know how to take a screenshot and upload the management console to show all the settings but I’ve gone through it Over and over again and followed to directions outlined.
