I use the WP Chat app. It has always worked well. Since I started using the Seraphinite Accelerator plugin, there has been a problem.

The first use of the WP Chat app works. Here I have to actively agree to use it before I write a WhatsApp message. Due to the stored cookies (at least I think so), I no longer have to give my agreement the second time I use it. However, writing WhatsApp messages then no longer works. I can click on the individual contacts, but I am not forwarded. Nothing happens. If I deactivate the Seraphinite Accelerator plugin again, everything works without any problems.

Is there a way to deactivate the WP Chat App plugin in the exclude options?

I had to temporarily deactivate the website, so the outdated website is now active again. The problem still exists and I would be very grateful for any help.

We have inspected the site and even didnt find WP installation there.

Are we missing something?

As I wrote, I had to deactivate the new site. But is there a way to exclude specific plugins in Seraphinite Accelerator?

U can add scripts exclusions by putting it here: https://www.s-sols.com/docs/wordpress/accelerator/settings-accel/settings-scripts-accel#non_critical

But it is better to look at live page with chat.

After switching from the subdomain to the main domain, I received an error message.

I also have 3 seraphinite files on the FTP server in addition to the normal .htacess:
seraphinite-accelerator-2024-02-24_103452.htaccess
seraphinite-accelerator-2024-02-24_073452.htaccess
seraphinite-accelerator-2024-02-24_073052.htaccess

I get this error message after switching from the subdomain to the main domain:

Seraphinite Accelerator

The file ‘advanced-cache.php’ in ‘wp-content’ folder has wrong content. Please, save the plugin settings to correct it.

I don’t know what I should save…

Pls, just save the Accelerator settings.

Could U disable Accelerator for inspecting how it should work? There is some tricky code in that widget.

Looks like this widget generates different code on backend. Pls, add another item in here: https://www.s-sols.com/docs/wordpress/accelerator/settings-accel/settings-views-accel#parameters

And add there cookie nta-wa-gdpr
