Wp cleanup keeps blocking my ip

    Every time I activate the wp cleanup plugin it blocks my ip address and says contact the administrator. Can you tell me why? I’ve had to ask my server host to deactivote it so I can go into my site and I’ll have to delete the plugin if I can’t stop it happening. What can I do other than delete the plugin ?
