WP Clone for New WordPress Site – Posts Not Found

Using WP Clone, I made a backup of my WordPress template site and uploaded it to a new WordPress installation elsewhere. It has all worked great until I started creating posts. They show up on the home page but when I click into the post I get Error 404 – Not Found.
Any suggestions of how I can fix this problem?
