WP Clone Images not restored

  • Hi – after using wp-clone very successfully in the past, I was using it again to clone a site. Everything went through ok except for most of the images.

    In the end I had to abandon wp-clone in favour of BND one click “clone” which worked successfully.

    Perhaps this needs to be noted, and also a fix found to get round this issue for future users?

    Thabks for reporting this. But we never experienced this image missing issues.

    Can you please tell us what exactly was missing? In the backup zip, images were not there or it failed only during restore?

    It may help to test the issue.

    It’s the first time something like this happened to me too. I’ll attach an image showing that some photos were missing yet others were there.

    It worked fine on the BND one-click clone install.

    When I ran wp-clone I simply restored using the original zip link. I wonder if I need to copy the zip file into the directory which holds the new site instead? That’s what I’ve done previously.
