wp-contactform plugin doesn’t show up in option subpanel

Hello, I am pretty new to wordpress. I installed the wp-contactform plugin 1.4.3 on wordpress 2.02. I can see the wp-contactform plugin is activate in the plugin list in the wp-admin panel, however, when I check the option subpanel, the contactform is not showing up. I uninstall and reinstall the plugin sever times, still the same problem. Any suggestions and help are appreciated.
