WP Content Discovery – Fatal Error Trying to install plugin?

    Trying to install a plugin called WP Content Discovery?

    When I try to activate, it produces a fatal error message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ‘)’ in /home/content/27/8736227/html/rmw124/wp-content/plugins/wpcdplugin/api.php on line 203

    My hosting company is GoDaddy.

    Any advise and instructions to correct would be appreciated,
