WP Core issue results in broken wp-admin when html offloaded to CDN

When offloading all html to the CDN (paid feature) various issues occur in the wp-admin (despite no-cache) due to the following WP core bug

The example fix shown is for desktop but the issue in the core also effect mobile detection and similar – as a result it’d be great if mitigations of these issues could be included for mobile as well when 100% offloaded.
