WP creating all pages as child pages – Argh!

  • When I create a new page the permalink is shown as a child page:

    Here’s an example from a page:
    permalink: “https://tracyonealtyler.com/home-page/home-page/demand-chain/”

    I have made certain that the Page Attribute>Parent>No parent setting is correct, and even done the bulk edit from the Pages (list) page to set all to no parent.Even gone so far as to delete a page and try to recreate it.

    Making me nutty – please help!
