wp-cron.php not found! But the file is there in the folder

I just installed Warning! wp-cron.php not found!

But in the folder I can easily see the file is there. Whats wrong with the plugin?

I use dedicated server.

Just installed the site. However I have used this plugin for my another site for a while.

Its not it, I test the cache

What are they? looks like the default pages of plesk before installing anything.
