WP-cron returns 404 – tries to run on old site sub directory
-
After moving wordpress installation from mydomain.com/subdir/ to mydomain.com wp-cron tries to access the old content on the subdir.
I can’t find a fix for this and I can’t find an answer to why this is happening. I followed the guides for moving a wordpress installation within the same domain and everything seems to work except this aspect.
It tries to access the old posts and data under the subdir despite it all being moved up directly to the url, with the site url and “home” parameters etc changed and updated.
Anyone have any ideas?
