WP-Cron spawning is disabled

    At the top of your WP-Cron Events page I read:

    The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.

    Is this something your plugin could help me with?
    I do not use C-Panel
    I have gone thru all your support answers.

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    After much frustrating research into what code to put where, I was able to connect with EasyCron. They were able to help me setup the
    wp-cron.php
