WP Customer Reviews Issue

I want to remove the rating category with the 5 stars and next to my field list of categories I chose to have visitor’s rate their is just a blank space for them to enter something and I want to remove that space and replace it with a 5 star rating to chose from. How can that be done because I know it can it may take some programming but I just want to know how to do it. Does anyone know the code to enter to get this done?
