WP Customizer Issue

  • When I activate the AWS Plugin, it causes a problem with the WP Customizer. Without the WP Customizer functioning properly, I’m unable to select the Podcast Icon Image via the AWS Plugin. In turn, this causes a problem with validating the iTunes podcast by not providing the correct path to the Podcast Icon Image (doesn’t delete “blog/wp/” from the path).

    I’ve tried the newest WP Theme, Twenty Twenty, and it still has this issue.

    Customizer screen is very basic with limited options.

    Here are a few of the lines from the Customizer Preview page:

    Close the Customizer and go back to the previous page

    You are customizing Glixin
    The Customizer allows you to preview changes to your site before publishing them. You can navigate to different pages on your site within the preview. Edit shortcuts are shown for some editable elements.

    Customizing ? Widgets Add a Widget
    Search Widgets

    The search results will be updated as you type.
    Edit Add Active Product Filters

    The Customizer Preview page isn’t loading properly, which prevents the selection of the icon image for the iTunes podcast. In addition, I can’t use the WordPress Customizer for any other changes.
