WP-Cycle loads new images but can't find them to add URL

In WP-Cycle setting, when I upload a new image the program says the image was added successfully, but the image thumbnail doesn’t show up in WP-Cycle Images so I can’t add the URL or delete images. When I view the slideshow the added images are in the cycle but without a hyperlink.

The only images that I can see in WP-Cycle Images gallery are ones I added last year using a much older version.

Anyone know the fix?
