WP Dashboard Error

    Hello,

    When I open CleanTalk in WP Dashboard, the main page is giving the following error which I didn’t even know about until now.

    Errors:
    2020-07-29 12:39:26: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: NO_FILE_URL_PROVIDED

    How do I create this please?

    Hello, @jmccoy78.

    Please, make sure that the plugin is updated to the latest version.

    Then re-activate it:
    WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate again

    Hi,

    I’m on the latest version of your plugin – deactivated and then reactivated – still the same error.

    Errors:

    Hello.

    Please, do the following:

    1. Enter to the Anti-Spam by Cleantalk plugin settings: (Wordrpess Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)

    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

    4. Then activate it.

    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    6. Enter your access key and save settings.
