    Just in the past two days, I have been unable to login to my WordPress Dashboard. I would get “Invalid login details” even though my username and password were correct. I tried resetting my password, and did not work.

    Ultimately, I had to disable all of my plugins and then I could login. Then I went through the task of enabling my plugins one by one to see what was causing the issue.

    As soon as I enabled AIOWPS, my dashboard crashed, and it kicked me out to the login screen. I was unable to log back in while the AIOWPS plugin was enabled.

    I have had my website for 10 years. I have been using AIOWPS for over 5 years and I have not changed any of the settings for a very long time. I cannot even enable it now without it crashing my dashboard. What could be causing this?

    Hi,

    What do you mean by “crashing your dashboard”?

    Do you get a whitescreen? if so something is causing an error on the server.

    If you could check with your hosts to see whats in the PHP error log, it will tell us what is going on.

    Hello Ashley:

    I had all of my plugins disabled in order to log into my WordPress Dashboard. I enabled the AIOWPS plugin and immediately was kicked out of the Dashboard and to my login screen. I was unable to login again. I had to disable all plugins in order to log in again. When I enabled AIOWPS no other plugins were enabled.

    I checked the PHP error log and the only thing in there was this line (username and website redacted)

    [13-Nov-2022 02:03:10 UTC] wp_auto_login: trying to login user_id==1 loginusername=REDACTED to admin_url=REDACTED/wp-admin/

    I am unable to enable the AIOWPS plugin at all without it crashing my Dashboard and forcing a logout which I cannot log back in again. I cannot even change any settings because that would require enabling it, and I can’t enable the plugin at all.
    This literally just started to happen two days ago, and prior to that I have made no changes to the plugin.

    Hi,

    Have you recently updated AIOS ?

    It’s possible you have a feature turned on that wasn’t working in the past and now that we have fixed it, the feature is actually locking you out.

    Could you try adding this to your wp-config.php and seeing if it resolves the issue:

    define(‘AIOS_DISABLE_LOGIN_WHITELIST’, true);

    If not could you send us a copy of your .htaccess file so we can inspect what rules you have active and what maybe causing the problem?

    You can send your .htaccess via our private premium support, just add “00000” for the order number and add a link to this support topic:

    Hello:

    I could not tell you if AIOWPS has been updated recently, since I have that set to do automatically on my server.

    I added that line to my wp-config.php and it made no difference. The same thing is happening.

    I am sending my htaccess to your help right now.
