WP Dashboard Menu Gone

  • All that shows up on the menu on the wp admin dashboard is:

    Dashboard
    Jetpack
    Profile
    <collapse menu

    Also when I go into my wordpress.com and go into change theme I keep getting an error saying that “You need a higher level of permission.”

    I’m completely lost on how to fix it.
