WP Database Error

OMG….this is my first round at WordPress. I visited my site today and get this error message from my host:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_unregister_globals() (previously declared in /usr/www…..etc etc…
This is causign my site to not come up…I need HELP PLEASE!!!
