WP Database Show Index Error

    I have turned on

    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    in my wp-config.php and when I try to activate short-url plugin I am getting

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
WordPress database error: []
SHOW INDEX FROM wp_pluginSL_shorturl;

    Any idea why?

    Ok I will try to re-create it. btw I am using wampserver on my local machine. I will try it on another machine and if the error occurs, I will update here.
