wp db database backup

I was trying to backup data to download 4.2.2 wp.
I was using the plugin wp db database backup in this article:https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Backing_Up_Your_Database#Using_WordPress_Database_Backup_Plugin
But I cannot figure out where or what to do with the code in the mark as writable section.
Please advise.
