• My WP page detects a members installation that is gone and I can not see it on the panel to update or improve the web.

We are not programming professionals and we do not know what happens.

The web is based on this plugin and we had to disconnect the page because it gives problems

Comes from an import from another server

    sorry…

Inside the ftp we have installed the ultimate member plugin, in ftp it appears but in the plugins it does not appear and since it is not we can not activate or do anything.

Recently everything was ok and now we do not see it to be able to edit. The web is based entirely on the plugin in question.

I do not know how to attach images.

But the theme is that in the ftp the plugin appears and in WP no

    thanks

    Hi @jordimopi,

Can you please confirm that you see files in the ultimatemember directory on your server?
If you imported incorrectly the issues may occur, please try to import files and most importantly database one more time.
Please also try to do a conflict test so we can rule our conflicts with other plugins.
How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Regards.
