WP Display Header Broken

Today, after updating to 3.9, we realized that this plugin is broken. All images selected for each page resulted in a broken header image. In order to even use a selected image for all page headers, I had to disable the plugin. Hopefully the plugin can be fixed? Preferably in a way that would allow us to retain settings before deactivation? Thanks!
