The WPDsiqus plugin is not AMP compatible, We will recommend using Official Disqus plugin called Disqus Comment System along with Disqus AMP Compatibility plugin by Newspack

In case you still want to use the WPDisqus plugin I suggest contacting their support and asking about AMP compatibility
