WP-dTree images missing size

    When analyzing site performance with Google Page Speed, I get the following output:

    The following image(s) are missing width and/or height attributes.

    Since the tree structure is created in JavaScript, it should be quite simple to set the icon sizes and make the code both more valid and faster.
