WP-dTree is not multiple instance ready

Difficult to know what you’re talking about. Both trees are working well and displaying different categories.

Your site is also throwing a bunch of javascript exceptions. There’s problems with wpui, google cards, and something (probably to do with pagination?) is printing rubbish javascript directly to your html source.

You should fix those before doing anything else.
